This policy governs all orders placed with Luxe Verve and shall be deemed accepted by the
client upon order confirmation, advance payment, or design approval—whichever occurs first.
1. Nature of Products
All products manufactured by Luxe Verve are custom-designed, made-to-order, and bespoke
architectural elements, developed specifically as per client-approved:
• Designs & drawings
• Dimensions & site conditions
• Materials, finishes, and detailing
Due to this customized nature, Luxe Verve products do not fall under standard retail return
policies.
2. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
• Once the client approves final drawings/specifications and production is initiated, order
cancellation is strictly not permitted.
• The client may request cancellation within a period of 0–72 hours from the time of
advance payment, provided that production has not commenced. Such cancellation
requests shall be subject to Luxe Verve’s sole discretion.
• In all cases, advance payments are non-refundable, as they are utilized for design
development, material procurement, and production planning
3. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are not applicable for any custom-made or bespoke products.
• No refund shall be provided once production has commenced, irrespective of project
delays, design changes, or site-related issues from the client’s end.• Any refund, if at all applicable, shall be considered only in exceptional circumstances and
strictly within 72 hours from the time of receipt of advance payment.
4. Manufacturing Defects
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect:
• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Clear photographic/video evidence must be submitted in writing.
• Luxe Verve reserves the right to inspect, assess, and determine whether the issue
qualifies as a manufacturing defect.
Resolution:
• Only repair or replacement of the affected portion will be offered.
• Refunds, returns, or order cancellations are expressly excluded
5. Transit Damage
• Any transit-related damage must be recorded at the time of delivery on the delivery
document.
• Claims raised after acceptance of delivery shall not be entertained.
• Replacement or repair will be initiated only after internal assessment.
6. Finish, Texture & Handcrafted Variations
Luxe Verve products involve handcrafted processes, surface treatments, and artisanal
detailing.
Minor variations in:
• Color tone
• Texture
• Pattern alignment
• Surface depth
are inherent characteristics of bespoke craftsmanship and shall not be treated as defects or
grounds for dispute, return, or refund.
7. Installation & Site Conditions
Luxe Verve shall not be held liable for any damage arising from:
• Incorrect storage or handling
• Structural or site-condition discrepancies
• Installation carried out by third-party agencies
Such issues will not qualify for replacement, return, or refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
• Luxe Verve’s liability, under any circumstance, shall be strictly limited to the value of
the product supplied.
• Luxe Verve shall not be liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages,
including project delays or financial losses.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
• This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of delhi.
10. Final Acceptance
By placing an order with Luxe Verve, the client:
• Confirms acceptance of this Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Acknowledges the bespoke nature of the products
• Waives any right to claim refunds or returns beyond the scope defined herein
